ABOUT PROJECT

Project was made for the clients who clearly new what they want to see at their house. According to their experience architects made the layout where 1/3 of the house was given to swimming pool and SPA-area. Area of bedrooms and other rooms is limited, so there are no unnecessary elements.

Living room and kitchen connected in one common space where all the family can gather together after a long day sitting in big comfy sitting area or receive guests at the big table in dining area. The distance between sofa and dining chairs is enough for two very active huge dogs that are living in the family.

The dining area is formed by custom made table with glass underframe and stone tabletop. The accent of this area is Belt by Flos which connected with another one Belt above kitchen island. Hallmark of this interior is a long wall covered with wooden panels that hide doors to bedrooms and bathroom. Also this solution was chosen to connect the dining group and kitchen.

Two levels of the ceiling allow to divide the space to areas: lower level highlights kitchen area with bult-in kitchen Artex by Poliform and geometrical island.

-MaSter bedroom-

Master bedroom area is divided to wardrobe and bedroom: dark smoked glassed doors of the wardrobe by Molteni reflect light and make the space luxurious but minimalistic. Main part of this space is made in white and light cream beige colors. Comfy soft bed by B&B Italia is placed in the center of symmetrical composition of lighted niches.

-bedroom-

Bedroom for the son is made in the same direction as all spaces. One of the main task was to plan enough space for storage. There is customized wardrobe system by Molteni.

-SPA-AREA-

The center of SPA-area is the pool 15,6m x 5,6m size. Daylight will enter the area through the stained glass in the ceiling and strip glazing around the perimeter of the room. The wall along the aisle is formed by composition of grey glass and stone panels with light strips which continue on the ceiling.
